This is Pascal Boileau type!!!
How long will this last? And how great are the mobility? Compared to 100% function
I will be getting this done next week🙃
Can we remove the screw after healing
I am asking here, if anyone knows, if the FDA has approved of this technique of cartilage repair? (I’m an American on Medicare insurance.) If not approved in the USA, is there anywhere in the world I can go to get this done, and done for a reasonably low price? Maybe in the Philippines? In India? Germany?
A gallon of milk .. haaa. ya right
What about the remaining material inside the disc? Can one be sure it won’t come out?
1:48 obviously you forgot the washers....
After seeing this.. I just want to be dead... Born new baby and new spinal.. 😂
How often has this procedure been performed? Is it widely used today and what are the success rates?
😮😮❤❤❤like
Doctor which is more durable and strong? The repaired or the fully replaced ACL?
Loved it!❤
Wonderful work❤
nicccce ^^
I was told that Medicare by the Drs will only allow one treatment (3) injections per year

Do they stitches remain or do the dissolve over time?
gonna go do this on my neighbor's kid. good video.
Where did you get that foot!
Interesting content. This looks like a Danis Weber type C fracture of the fibular. Does the fibulock provide for syndesmototic screw fixation too?
Is this a complete replacement of ligaments? The title and explanation do not match. I'm confused. Is this surgical treatment actually performed in clinical practice, and what are the results?
очень замороченно, но имеет право на существование
Slayyyyy💅
Do this sergery have to remove some screws after the operation??
First
I turn 36 in September of 2024, and I have patella femoral arthritis.
سبحان الله
Which method is better with fast healing and less complications or side effects, Is it better to go with Bio absorbable screw one or fiber tape endo button method?
Озвучивание не на английском.... Это примитивный язык обезьян, он не отображает всех цветов языка! Английский очень примитивен
Plot twist: the patient was awake the whole time
зачем это делать, если RFA?
Nice surgeon sir 😊
Ammai❤oni❤and❤sarjar❤sayyushunadu❤
I got one of those... Is it ferro-magnetic though?
This seems like a really hard surgery and probably recovery time is long..
like butter
Two options. 1. You really need a new and better fluoroscopy 2. A better reduction and a new pair of glasses. Sorry about that
My hand feels better just watching this 😂
does the body ever re attasch or is this the permanent solution?
Very interesting video. Thank you for that "insight" ;)
My wife suffered a left mid-humeral fracture from a fall while in recovery from a complete shoulder replacement performed at Texas Orthopedic Hosp. We returned to TOH and they removed all implanted appliances and the top 2/3 of her humerus. Her shoulder and her arm were debrided, and we were sent home with 4 weeks of IV antibiotic infusions. Shortly afterward, the end of her humerus pushed out through the incision. and got reinfected. Back to TOH for another debridement, but before surgery, her colon ruptured and she was rushed to Houston Methodist for an emergency ostomy. Four weeks later we went back to TOH and they debrided her again (including a series of events that almost led to security ejecting me from the hospital). She then had 6 more weeks of infusions then 4 weeks of wound care which has not been successful. The surgeon at TOH is now considering this procedure and is referring us to a specialist's specialist. My wife is very tired of all of this.
The second hip arthroscopy surgery went very well with Dr Craig Mauro and his Physician Assistant Michelle Milgrub, Dr Christopher McNulty anesthesiologist, SRNA, Erica CRNA did great job taking care of me
How long has this method been in use? I'm trying to determine the success of this method and am scheduled for this surgery in a couple of weeks.
Was wondering the same thing. Duke Health published an article in September 8th, 2020 titled: Newer, Less Invasive Thumb Arthritis Surgery Significantly Reduces Recovery. Based on the working in the article discussing"fiberwire ligament reconstruction technique" Published dates on RUclips videos also seem to indicate its only been around for about 2 years. ?
What do you do for a living? You will have limited range of motion and if you have an office job it’s quite successful. Although if any manual labor or heavy hand use is involved it will fail eventually. The other option is a fusion with same results.
Is this for L5S1
How long have you been doing hip arthroscopy surgery since after your orthopedic surgery residency from University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
Dr Mauro I'm very scared however I have wonderful support from my mother and my UPMC longtime specialist
I love to learn about my complex medical history
Dr Mauro I know that you graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2004. Dr Soose and Dr Monica Boland was the class of 2002 at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
I just have a hard time giving up the past for the future
